The appointee will be responsible for delivering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services for local residents, based at Conquest Hospital. The individual should have extensive experience in Elderly Care, with a particular focus on Frailty and Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment.
As a leading consultant, the appointee will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that improve patient outcomes and support the continuing development of Frailty services within the trust. They will also contribute to the expansion of the Acute Frailty Service, building on recent investments made by the trust.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
