Are you a seasoned Commercial Manager or Contracts Manager from a Construction background looking to take on a challenging role in a rapidly growing company? This position offers a high degree of autonomy, working on specialist projects with clear progression pathways available.

The company is a leading mechanical engineering contractor operating across Ireland, with a strong focus on developing services and ensuring staff growth. As a Commercial Manager, you will liaise closely with Directors, Senior Leadership, and Clients to plan site activities, manage multiple projects, and coordinate site-based activities.

This varied role is split between office work, site visitation, and work-from-home opportunities. You will have the chance to work on bespoke projects, develop services, and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage site activities, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Liaise with Directors, Senior Leadership, and Clients to coordinate project activities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments
  • Contribute to the development of services and staff growth within the company
