About the Role
The Stress Testing Lead will play a critical role in helping us manage financial risk. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing stress testing models, analyzing financial data, and identifying potential risks. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and risk management, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement stress testing models to analyze financial data
* Analyze financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
* Identify and report on areas of high financial risk

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or risk management
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary Information
The salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare, pension plan, life assurance, and group income protection cover.
