We are a leading provider of practice management systems for the financial advice industry, with over 6,000 users of our CRM.

Our mission is to help businesses and clients succeed by providing innovative solutions and expert data analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define data requirements for analysis and reporting
  • Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and architectures
  • Validate results and create business reports and custom queries
  • Monitor and tune data loads and queries
  • Administer functional specifications for data and develop data pipelines
  • Implement data normalization techniques to ensure data consistency and integrity
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations in our BI application
  • Evaluate codes and ensure the quality of project deliverables
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and technical specialists
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with data integration tools like Azure Data Factory or SSIS
  • Developing reports and custom queries using T-SQL
  • Experience with Azure SQL Database and data warehouse solutions
  • Solid understanding of data normalization techniques and database concepts
  • Ability to research solutions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Over 5 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, data warehousing, and business intelligence
  • Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus
  • Previous work experience in the financial services sector
