Stealth iT Consulting is a leading global Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption & Digital Architecture/Transformation and NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow, embracing a flexible work model of 1 day in the office and 4 days remote per week, with ad hoc client site travel required 2-3 days a week maximum. Our clients span across sectors like Government, Finance, Retail & Energy.

We are seeking an accomplished Cloud Transformation Expert Leader - Cloud Operation Model (Cloud Transformation/Service Management consultant driving DevOps & Cloud/CCOE)

Overview of the Role

Our Cloud Transformation Advisory Services empowers clients to transform their businesses and unlock the value of cloud. We provide value-centric cloud advisory services with sector-specific expertise. Combining our deep skills in cloud strategy, orchestration, operating models, and cloud economics, along with global resources, we guide clients in their cloud journey and deliver business results. Our cloud advisory capability is part of the wider Enterprise Transformation capability and works closely with other Invent capabilities.

This is a high-impact role in the Cloud Transformation capability unit, contributing to strategic proposals, driving client engagement, securing new business opportunities, and mentoring a high-performing team to support consulting practice growth.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Must be eligible or already possess BPSS Security Clearance
  • Practical experience with ITILv4 best practices and frameworks, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Desk operations
  • An ITILv4 Foundation or higher-level certification demonstrating formal training and understanding of ITIL processes will be highly valued
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements, ensuring that cloud environments are secure and adhere to industry standards and regulations
  • Experience in implementing platform-based operating models and designing organisational structures that enables cloud value enhancement
  • Some understanding and experience with DevOps principles and practices
  • Understanding of different elements of a cloud adoption strategy, including the structure and functions within a Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE)
  • Proven track record in Presales & Sales/Business Development
  • Estimated annual salary: £90,000 - £110,000, depending on experience and qualifications
