Job Overview

Infrastructure Engineer | Bristol | £36,000-£45,000

Peaple Talent is partnering with a rapidly expanding technology company to find a skilled Infrastructure Engineer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, culture-driven organization where you will be responsible for managing complex technical issues, providing expert support, and maintaining clients' infrastructure.

You will have some involvement in projects, but this role is primarily focused on providing technical support. The successful candidate will be well-versed in Microsoft 365 suite, Azure, Windows Server, and Cisco networking.

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work from the company's Bristol offices 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide third-line support, managing complex incidents, and resolving technical problems
  • Act as an escalation point for the second-line team
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues to enhance their technical skills
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in providing third-line support in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 suite, Azure, and Windows Server
  • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
  • Excellent customer service skills
