Job Title: Outreach Tutor

We are seeking an experienced Outreach Tutor to provide support to a student with complex needs in a 1:1 setting. The ideal candidate will have a background in teaching English, Maths, Science, or SEN classes and experience working with students with SEMH, ASC, MLD, and SpLD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver differentiated National Curriculum core subjects to a student with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to support the student's emotional and behavioural well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the student's support team to ensure a comprehensive and tailored approach to their education.
Requirements:
  • QTS status or equivalent.
  • 2 years' experience teaching NC core subjects.
  • Experience working with students with SEMH, ASC, EBD, and associated complex needs.
  • 2 years' previous experience working within a UK school.
