Childcare Solicitor

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Childcare Solicitor to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong advocacy skills and experience in handling complex caseloads in childcare law. The role involves providing advocacy at all levels of family courts, legal advice, and responsive legal services to clients in respect of childcare law and other aspects of law in relation to children. The successful candidate will represent Children Services in accordance with instructions in private and public law proceedings. Key responsibilities include providing advice on the law and practice in relation to child protection, adoption, human rights, and any related proceedings involving vulnerable children. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Barrister with a minimum of 5 years PQE and experience of dealing with care proceedings within a local authority.
