We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, championing our products, and promoting our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Champion new ways of working, embracing change and adapting to new processes and technologies.
- Deliver 'best in town' standards through presentation, availability, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
- Serve and sell across all channels, utilizing digital tools and communication channels to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Be the voice of our customer, providing feedback and insights to help us continually improve.
- Understand how M&S operates, its strategy, and the role you play in delivering our vision.
- Be committed to delivering excellent work, with a focus on attention to detail and a passion for delivering results.
- Be open to feedback, asking for it regularly and using it to drive improvement.
- Set performance objectives, taking accountability for planning and managing your work to ensure objectives are met.
- Be curious, asking questions to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
