Job Title: Band 7 Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly motivated Band 7 physiotherapist to join our team at Farnham Hospital. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will play a leading role in providing rehabilitation services to patients with a range of orthopaedic, medical, and complex conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver physiotherapy services on the wards, working collaboratively with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Take a leading role in supervising and developing the skills of Band 5 and 6 physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students on placement.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, in-service training, and annual appraisal systems to develop your skills and CPD.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other staff, including imparting complex and sensitive information.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with Chartered Society of Physiotherapy standards and Trust policies.
Requirements:
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
  • Member of the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Computer literate
  • UK Driving Licence
