We are seeking a skilled Residential Technical Drafter to join our team at RGB Recruitment in Tiverton. This role offers a salary of £28k, commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Architecture, Construction, or Building and possess strong technical drawing abilities. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with Revit, Sketchup, and Photoshop being desirable skills.
In this role, you will work on updating conveyancing plans, elevations, and layout drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. You will be fully supported by the current technical team, who will provide guidance and mentorship to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
