Compass UK & Ireland is seeking a skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team as a Barista. This part-time role involves working 20 hours per week over 5 out of 7 days, preparing and serving high-quality drinks and food to our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting perfectly blended drinks and food
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
