Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Composite Trimmers/Fitters to join our dynamic team at Mara Recruit in Hampshire, working on the production of high-performance racing components.

Key Highlights:

  • Estimated salary: £47,040 - £58,800 per annum
  • Contract duration: 3 years
  • Shift options: Day and night shifts
  • IR35 status: Outside IR35
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Trimming and fitting composite materials to create high-performance racing components
  2. Ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
  3. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  4. Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Composite Trimmer/Fitter in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
