Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland.

About the Role:

  • As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation.
  • Lead a team of chefs in the kitchen, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a senior chef in a high-volume kitchen.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £40,000 per annum.
