Construction Project Manager

As a Site Agent at Dyer & Butler, you will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with the team to meet client expectations and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental protection.
Key Skills:
Manage on-site works, keeping them on track with commercial goals.
Assist Project Managers with documentation, risk assessments, and SHEQ plans.
Oversee and coordinate teams, including subcontractors.
Keep track of project budgets and costs.
Ensure all inspections and tests are completed correctly.
Requirements:
A formal qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
Experience working on civil engineering projects.
A recognized site safety management course and a CSCS Managers card.
Knowledge of NEC contract conditions, CDM regulations, and Design Management.
Experience managing budgets, costs, and risk.
A commitment to safety, quality, and environmental protection.
