Dental Practitioner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice.

The offering is for Associate Dentists to undertake General Dentistry, with a contract of 6,545 UDAs and two chairs. We are looking to recruit either a full-time dentist to undertake 4,500 UDAs or two part-time dentists. Payment will be at £13 per UDA or 50% of private gross revenue.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental procedures and patient care, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals.
• Utilise medical imaging techniques to diagnose and plan treatment effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice protocols.
• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventative care.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, including CAD technologies and anatomical knowledge relevant to practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.
• Valid dental licence to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proficiency in medical imaging techniques is essential.
• Familiarity with CAD systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy as it pertains to dentistry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• A compassionate approach towards patient care and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Pay: £90,087.00-£99,055.00 per year
