About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Learning Enrolment Specialist to join our team at TribePost Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of enrolments for new customers.

Job Description:
You will work closely with our Learner Recruitment team to identify, attract, select, and engage prospective learners. Your primary focus will be on accurate enrolment processing, adhering to eligibility criteria, compliance with tax regulations, and data protection guidelines.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate Enrolment Processing: Ensure all B2C enrolments are processed in accordance with procedures, including booking terms, eligibility requirements, data protection, and local tax regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Learner Recruitment team to help identify and engage prospective learners.
