Functional Skills Educator

**Role Description:**
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate teacher to lead our Functional Skills programme at a PRU school in Nottingham.
This role requires the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students with SEND, including those with challenging behaviour.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between lessons and develop effective strategies for supporting students with complex needs.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the varying abilities of students.
- Collaborate with educational professionals to provide comprehensive support for students with SEND.
- Utilise expert knowledge of Functional Skills to guide students towards achieving their academic goals.
