About Us & The Role

The ACC Liverpool Group operates a waterfront event campus, comprising the M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool, and Exhibition Centre Liverpool. We also manage Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel.

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Building Services and be able to demonstrate experience working with various building fabric and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building fabric, fixtures, and fittings
  • Joinery and door furniture maintenance
  • Building fabric repairs, including patch plastering
  • Painting and decorating
  • Plumbing and sanitary fittings maintenance
  • Roofing systems maintenance
  • Flooring and ceiling systems maintenance
  • Drainage and associated systems maintenance
  • Basic electrical knowledge and maintenance
Requirements
  • Excellent working knowledge of current Health and Safety regulations
  • Experience in the development and completion of risk assessments, work permits, and procedures for facility maintenance activities
  • Good working knowledge of energy saving initiatives and schemes
