Job Title: Construction Safety Specialist


Falcon Green Overview: Falcon Green is a leading main contractor delivering large-scale residential projects across East London. We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Specialist to join our team.


Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum


About the Role:


We are looking for a skilled Construction Safety Specialist to work on a groundbreaking mixed-use development in East London. As a key member of our team, you will ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and standards throughout the construction process.



  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies, procedures, and practices on site.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide health and safety training to all site personnel, ensuring everyone is aware of their responsibilities and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities, incidents, and compliance, reporting to senior management as required.
  • Liaise with site managers, contractors, and external bodies to promote a culture of safety and ensure effective communication of health and safety issues.

Qualifications and Experience:



  • NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry, with experience on large-scale residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, excellent communication and training skills, and the ability to influence and engage with a diverse team.
