The Land Buyer will report to the Land Director and be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with local authorities, local agents, land owners, and other developers within the Division's geographical area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Assistant Land Buyer within the Land team.
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge of the Division's geographical area and identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate land procurement.
  • Contribute to the Division's land acquisition strategy and provide recommendations for improvement.
