About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our rapidly expanding team. As a key member of our Talent team, you will play a crucial role in driving our hiring process and identifying top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and publish job ads on various platforms to attract top candidates
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and at industry events
  • Screen CVs and job applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Partner with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees and manage current recruitment requirements
  • Assist with interviewing candidates in-person for a wide range of roles, from junior to executive positions
  • Track hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
  • Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys to improve our hiring process
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods to ensure a fair and effective hiring process
  • Host and participate in job fairs to showcase our company culture and attract top talent
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings to streamline our hiring process
About You
  • You will have experience in hiring within the Engineering or Manufacturing industries, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition
  • You will possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers
  • You will be familiar with applicant tracking systems and have experience with sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
