- Providing expert advice on cyber security architectures, controls, processes, policies, compliances, and maturity reviews.
- Developing and executing consulting opportunities in response to customer requirements, differentiating in the market through a strong business value proposition.
- Working as a trusted advisor to customers, particularly senior executives and key decision-makers, across various functions, including CISO Advisory Services, Security Strategy/Governance/Risk Advisory and Roadmap, Cybersecurity Maturity/Posture Assessments, and more.
- Extensive industry experience working in enterprise cyber security domain.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and delivering cybersecurity solutions across multiple subdomains of security tools and techniques.
- Deep understanding of various sectoral/national/global standards/regulations/frameworks, such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST CSF, CIS, SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CCPA, NIS2, DORA, GDPR, SOCI, and MAS-TRM.
- Good level of exposure/experience in ISO 31000, ISO 22301, ISO 22316, SOC 2, NIST SP 800-53, CMMC, FedRAMP, NERC-CIP, and ITAR.
- Good understanding of the cyber industry trends and technologies, such as Zero Trust Architecture, Responsible AI, Security Automation, Cyber Vendor Consolidation, DevSecOps, and Cyber Mesh Architecture.
- Broad outlook through exposure to an ecosystem of diverse cultures, stakeholders, emerging tools, technologies, regulations, and standards.
- Experience with similar roles in consulting teams or organizations.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, SSCP, CCSP, CCSK, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CSX-P, CDPSE, CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, and CEH.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in stakeholder management at the highest level.
- Dynamic and compelling presentation skills, with the ability to convince customer stakeholders.
- Creation of consulting and advisory frameworks, blueprints, and knowledge base documents.
- Excellent cross-cultural skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with a globally distributed workforce and customers.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, able to independently drive and execute work, meeting quality and timeline commitments, and multitasking across multiple medium/large complexity proposals as needed.
- Firm commitment to keeping up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, technologies, threats, partners, and a desire to learn in an ever-evolving landscape.
