Physiotherapist - Care of the Elderly

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our therapy team on the Care of the Elderly wards at Northwick Park Hospital.
About the Role:- Complete comprehensive multisystem assessments to develop thorough problem lists and treatment plans.
- Deliver a high standard of care, including holistic care and prompt discharge planning.
- Work as a member of the multidisciplinary team, assessing and treating patients with potentially complex disabilities.
- Support the line manager in the provision and management of physiotherapy services.
- Engage in your own continued professional development (CPD) and service development.
