Room Leader Role at Kido

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our team at Kido. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the Kido curriculum
  • Ensure the unique needs of each child are met and that the educators in your classroom take ownership of observing and assessing their key children
  • Support the growth, development, and progress of your team
  • Be a role model for excellence and accountable for your team following standards

  • A salary range of up to £32,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week

About Kido:

What We're Looking For:

  • A relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum
  • Alignment with our 3 core values – Listen, Learn, and Lead
  • Experience as a Level 3 Educator and may already be a Room Leader or Deputy Room Leader
  • The right to work in the UK
