Job Title: HubSpot Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Developer to join our team at Daisy Communications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our HubSpot platform, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems to support e-commerce platforms and lead generation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform to support business objectives.
• Develop and implement new features and functionalities within HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems, including e-commerce platforms and lead generation tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create workflows, automate processes, and improve communication with prospects and customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HubSpot's performance and integrations.
• Customize and configure HubSpot templates, modules, and assets to meet business requirements.
• Work with APIs to enhance platform capabilities and ensure smooth data flow between HubSpot and other systems.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams on integration projects involving C#, .NET (WinForms/MVC), Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Visual Studio.
• Monitor platform usage and provide recommendations for improvements based on analytics and reporting.
• Stay up to date with HubSpot's product updates and industry best practices, implementing relevant features to enhance business outcomes.
• Assist in training internal users and stakeholders on HubSpot functionality and best practices.

Requirements:

• Familiarity and experience with API integrations and data flow between systems.
• Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (MVC framework).
• Knowledge of backend technologies, including C#, .NET (WinForms/MVC), and Node.js. Foundational knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Competency in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Visual Studio for development and debugging
• Some exposure to full-stack development using C#, .NET, Node.js, and JavaScript
• Exposure to SQL databases and managing data queries.
