About Our Client

Our client, a prominent market leader in the health and fitness sector, is seeking a talented Interior Space Planner to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for designing gym spaces that promote efficiency and functionality.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

The Interior Space Planner will be responsible for:

• Creating 3D designs of gym areas using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Visio.
• Producing space plans that meet client briefs and creating high-quality presentations and tender returns.
• Developing UK Building Regulation and working drawings, as well as invoices and quotations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

• A degree in Architecture or be a Part 1 Architectural assistant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Quick thinking and practical problem-solving abilities.
