The Role

We are looking for a Social Media and Marketing Executive to help shape and manage the agency's exciting next stage of growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media presence, and working closely with our content and creative teams to create thought-leading and innovative content for the market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals
  • Create high-quality content for our social media channels, including lo-fi content and reels for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X
  • Manage our social media presence, including responding to comments and messages
  • Work closely with our content and creative teams to create innovative content for the market
  • Run our LinkedIn Live streams, developing topic ideas, production management, and driving attendees
  • Manage the social presence and profiles of Digital Radish and our Co-Founders and MDs, as well as clients where appropriate
  • Ensure our award-winning work with clients is promoted to the outside world, developing case study stories and working with the creative team to develop assets
  • Coordinate our event calendar, managing our sponsorship, speaking slots, and continuously looking out for new events and spaces we should have a presence at
  • Lead on directing, writing, and managing our award entries, ensuring they're winner-worthy and will be added to our trophy shelf
Requirements
  • High energy and enthusiasm to try new things with a fail fast, fail often attitude
  • Extensive social media experience, perhaps your own business, content platform, or profile you've built
  • Great copywriting and content creation skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Extensive social media experience
  • An interest in b2b and complex technology
  • Very organized
  • A multi-tasker who can flex to the different needs of the agency and likes getting organized and getting stuff done
  • Super bright and able to understand new concepts and technologies quickly
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to mobilize others to get stuff done; high EQ
  • Good eye for design
  • Will likely have experimented with lots of different tools and techniques; likely to have built their own social media profile or that of a brand
  • Project management experience
  • Budget-management skills
