Are you a marketing professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing the marketing strategy for the business, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and procedures.
- Oversee content strategy for digital platforms and manage social media channels, reviewing and managing social media content and activity, ensuring accuracy and appropriate responses.
- Contribute innovative ideas to the overall marketing strategy and share industry best practices.
- Aid in pitch preparation and initiatives to win new business, maintaining up-to-date case studies corporate and business development information.
- Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns and newsletters for customers.
- Innovate ways to drive traffic to the website.
- Use analytics tools to measure the performance and ROI of digital marketing efforts.
- Work collaboratively with wider teams to integrate sales and marketing processes.
- Support senior stakeholders on marketing plans and budgets.
- Attend client meetings when required.
- Collaborate with third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of services and merchandise.
- Attend industry-specific events and manage social media activities of the event.
- Analyse and report on marketing results and budgets, and assess campaign success and inform future activities.
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in a related field, e.g. business, marketing, CAM.
- 3+ years' experience in a relevant B2B marketing/communications position.
- Experience of preparing pitches and presentations, as well as events.
- Expertise in design tools, e.g. Canva or Adobe for videos, graphics, communications etc.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Highly autonomous with excellent project management skills.
