Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centered care to our clients, including assistance with daily activities, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring effective communication and tailored care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' needs or health.
  • Working collaboratively with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support.
