Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Carbon 60. As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the projects team with general administrative tasks, including scheduling, exports, resource ordering, finances, and quotations.
• Obtain quotations on pre-specified parts requested by the projects team, ensuring pricing matches the schedule.
• Maintain close communication with suppliers and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Work closely with production, issuing packing and delivery notes as requested.
• Prepare and print work packs and project manuals.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders.

Requirements:

• Good level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel (formatting of cells, formulas, linking of spreadsheets and worksheets, etc).
• Highly organized individual with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Provide top-level customer service at all times.
• Detail-oriented and good eye for detail when entering data.
• Remain calm under pressure and have strong ability to multitask.
• Able to work seamlessly as part of a team.
• MS Projects experience would be advantageous.
