Deputy Centre Manager

As a Deputy Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great time and creating a fun environment for both them and our team. Your duties will include:
  • Managing daily operations of the centre
  • Creating a customer-focused culture
  • Leading the team by example for effective collaboration
  • Deputising for the General Manager, and supporting in achieving targets and KPIs
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail
  • Passionate about exceptional customer service
  • Experience in leading and developing large teams
  • Determined, enthusiastic and patient
  • Ambitious and eager to progress
