About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Development Infrastructure Leader to join our team at WSP UK. As a key member of our Development Infrastructure business, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our team, driving business growth and development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and development
  • Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Development Infrastructure market and industry trends
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders on Development Infrastructure projects
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards
  • Develop and maintain a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the Development Infrastructure industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Deep understanding of the Development Infrastructure market and industry trends
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects
