Capital Management Expertise

Direct Line Group is seeking a skilled Capital Management Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Capital Management team, you will provide analytical support across the capital management function, contributing to the management of the Group's balance sheet through the use of reinsurance, balance sheet structuring, exposure management, and catastrophe modeling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing analytical support across the capital management team, including data analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Contributing to the development of scenario tests and other key risk indicators.
  • Supporting the production of solvency and liquidity monitoring.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to drive tasks forward and achieve business objectives.

We are looking for someone with a background in an analytical role who can support our Capital Management function and provide expert analytical support across the capital management team. If you have a strong understanding of reinsurance, insurance, capital, and exposure management concepts, and are able to manipulate and present data, we encourage you to apply.
