We are recruiting an Auto CAD technician to work on high-profile projects like data centres, automated distribution, and warehousing. As a key member of our design team, you will prepare 2D and 3D layouts and assembly drawings using AutoCAD/AutoCAD Inventor.

Responsibilities
  • Design 2D and 3D layouts and assembly drawings for warehouse structures and racking systems using AutoCAD/AutoCAD Inventor
  • Work closely with a team of engineers and technicians, reporting to the principal engineer
  • Manage drawings and occasionally visit construction sites
Skills Required
  • At least 3 years of experience in AutoCAD, with HND-level qualifications or higher
  • Knowledge of structural steel or architectural metalwork
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Inventor
  • A valid UK driver's license
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with clients
