Job Title: Education Support Assistant - SEND Schools Opportunity

About the Role:
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking recent graduates to work as Education Support Assistants in SEND Schools across Liverpool.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting class teachers in delivering lessons and providing individual assistance to pupils with SEND.
- Offering tailored, one-on-one or small group support to children with varying needs.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress in line with their individual learning plans.
- Assisting with the implementation and updates of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).

Requirements:
- A degree in any subject area.
- A passion for working with children, especially those with SEND.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.
- Two professional or academic references.
- A detailed CV outlining your educational and employment history.
