We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Assistant to join our team at Bright Horizons Tytherington Day Nursery and Preschool in Macclesfield.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- Support the nursery team in delivering exceptional standards of care and education
- Engage with children through interactive play, activities, and reading
- Communicate with parents daily on their child's activities
- Provide a caring and supporting environment where children feel safe and looked after
- Support colleagues in encouraging children's development towards key milestones
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding

RequirementsWe are looking for someone with a passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child. You should have previous experience working with children, although this is not essential. You will need to be able to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents, and have a sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
