About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales and retention team as a Sales and Retention Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to customers and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell insurance products to customers over the phone
  • Build relationships with customers to identify opportunities to sell additional insurance products
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of selling insurance products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
