Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a FTSE 100 company in the real estate industry, shaping financial strategies and driving business growth.

About the Role

This senior-level position requires a seasoned accountant with experience in consolidated group accounts. You will be responsible for producing half and full year statutory accounting reports, working closely with divisional finance teams and external auditors.

  • Oversee key P&L and balance sheet accounts, utilizing technical knowledge of share-based payments, fair value accounting, and pensions.
  • Partner with divisional finance teams to ensure a strong financial control environment, providing guidance on accounting policies and preparing information for group submissions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve and streamline reporting processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A practice-trained qualification as an accountant (ACA / CA).
  • Experience in large PLC audits, with exposure to consolidated group accounts.
