Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Graduate General Practice Surveyor to join our team in Plymouth. As a Graduate General Practice Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys and inspections, meeting with clients, and building a portfolio of properties under your control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and inspections to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and provide expert advice on property management and maintenance.
  • Build a portfolio of properties under your control, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Work closely with senior members of the team to develop your skills and knowledge in property surveying and management.
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of property surveying and management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
