Geography Instructor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geography teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Geography at GCSE level on a full-time basis.

About the Role

The Geography department at our school is highly successful and well-resourced, with a supportive and approachable head of department. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and a teaching qualification with QTS.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Assess and record student achievement
• Manage the classroom and resources to create a safe and stimulating learning environment
• Develop positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and students

Requirements

• Geography teacher with experience of teaching GCSE level
• Excellent subject knowledge and a teaching qualification with QTS
• Ability to work effectively in a team and develop positive relationships with colleagues and students
