As a Chemotherapy Nurse with Sciensus, you will be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality care to patients with cancer. This role involves working in patients' homes, administering chemotherapy treatments, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Visit patients in their homes to administer chemotherapy treatments and provide ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- RGN registration with the NMC.
- Qualification in chemotherapy delivery.
- Experience in administering oncology medication in a hospital or community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
