Exciting Opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our highly successful Chelsea lettings team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and customers in this vibrant London neighbourhood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of lettings properties and negotiate with clients to secure new tenancies
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the lettings team to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Conduct viewings and present properties to potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience in residential lettings or a related field
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
