Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Nuclear Industry

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client in the Nuclear Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, contract change, and contract delivery within the Nuclear, Energy, Utilities, or Construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Oversee contract changes and variations, ensuring accurate documentation and implementation.
  • Deliver and monitor contract performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and cost reporting to support project delivery.
  • Manage communication with stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective dialogue throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with NEC contracts.
  • Experience working in the Nuclear, Energy, Utilities, or Construction industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
