Maintenance Craftsman

We are seeking an experienced Joiner to work on projects in the East & West of Scotland for our Maintenance Division.

• Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with six operating divisions; Construction, Retail, Fit Out, Small Works, Maintenance and Manufactured Joinery.

Job Responsibilities

1. The ideal candidate will have a background in Joinery within a main contracting environment.
2. A high level of health and safety awareness in the workplace is essential for this role.
3. A full UK Driving Licence is required as a company van will be provided.

Requirements

• Experience within insurance reinstatement and council projects would be desirable.
• You will see the importance of providing excellent customer care and service along with a positive approach to engaging with customers.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000-£55,000 per annum.
