Job Title: Culinary Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at PSM Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes
- Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively
- Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Help with stock rotation and storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating delicious meals
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to work on a shift pattern of early starts and late finishes.
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
