Job Title: Culinary Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at PSM Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes
  • Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively
  • Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and organised
  • Help with stock rotation and storage of ingredients
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
  • Understanding of food safety practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating delicious meals

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work on a shift pattern of early starts and late finishes.

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
