Job Overview: Investigations Disclosure Officer

Kenyon Block Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Investigations Disclosure Officer to join our team. As a key member of our enforcement team, you will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive disclosure schedules are maintained in accordance with applicable legislation and national guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive disclosure schedules relating to all relevant unused materials gathered during a criminal investigation.
  • Ensure compliance with the disclosure manual to ensure that all unused materials are effectively labelled and correct decisions relating to sensitivity are made.
  • Undertake disclosure tests, including re-assessment where appropriate, to ensure that all materials are prepared for disclosure.
  • Work closely with the Senior Investigating Officer and lawyers to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and guidance.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Disclosure Officer, with a strong understanding of disclosure legislation and national guidance. You will be required to maintain good working relationships with all relevant parties, including Exhibits Officer, SIO, lawyers, and defence representatives.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
