We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Engineer to join our team at KFM Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing site machinery, as well as conducting general maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and repair of site machinery
  2. Ability to react, plan and address breakdowns, equipment repairs and general machinery maintenance
  3. Conduct any activities within the current Health and Safety guidelines
  4. General data input of Engineering spreadsheets and paperwork

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Installation
  2. Proven experience in a busy fast-paced production environment
  3. Health and Safety Awareness
  4. All corresponding training certificates
  5. Good communication
  6. Ability to use initiative
  7. Ability to work part of a team as well as solo if required

Desired Requirements:

  1. Experience or knowledge of Electrical engineering
  2. Experience of working within a food manufacturing environment
  3. Basic Food Hygiene
