Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping systems, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts, preventing discrepancies and errors.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing valuable insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and budgets effectively, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), ensuring seamless data management and analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial entries, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
