About the Role:
This is a permanent position that requires working 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, including weekends. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
- Sell products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and bonus-hungry individual with a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

- A competitive starting salary of £23,290 per annum, increasing to £24,219 per annum after a successful trial period
